Content We Liked: 18th May, 2025

Although it’s a big internet out there, the Tabletop digital universe is pretty small and spread out. In Content We Liked, we take a look at the articles, videos, podcasts, and products that caught our eyes or were noteworthy during the prior week you might have missed.

On the Internet at Large

Starting this week off on an enormous note, with lions_roar_hobbyist’s Celestial Lions chapter. Thats right, the entire damn chapter. An absolute fortress monastery’s worth of marines with all their vehicles. Just… damn, the dedication oozes right off the photos. This kicks ass.

Maniak Minis’ Biggest Iron Stompa

Another Tumblr entry this week, with the rootingist, tootingist, stompiest Gargant this side of Octavius. This thing kicks ass, a grimy grungy gunslinger that full on commits to the bit. Yee-waaaagh!

Studio 489’s Bard

We don’t feature enough TTRPG figures in this column, so lets rectify that with this gorgeous skull-faced troubadour from Studio 489 on Bluesky. This is a gorgeously grim figure on its own merits, but the paint scheme is what makes it really stand out with the start contrast between the muted tones of the spooky soloist and the neon flames dancing around his feet. Words don’t do it justice, this owns.

Average Hobbyist’s living space. No notes.
