Feels like an age since the big Kharadron conversion rush shortly after their release, but here comes MechaLab with an absolute banger, with the heavily modified Mangler Squig as the dirigible balloon being an inspired piece of hobby.

Speaking of fantastic sculpting in a conversion, Pax_acrylica’s highly stylised Mechanicus Automata is a gorgeous piece of work, particularly the fluted helmet and Romanesque shield. Amazingly grimdark.

Words really can’t capture the sinister majesty of this piece nor the rest of thepolysmith’s work, just click through and marvel.

The most magnificently shot cinematic crime against the hobby we’ve ever seen. Bravo.
