Content We Liked, May 8 2022

Although it’s a big internet out there, the Warhammer digital universe is pretty small and spread out. In Content We Liked, we take a look at the articles, videos, podcasts, and products that caught our eyes or were noteworthy during the prior week you might have missed.

On the Internet at Large

Ben Layton’s Beholder Picture Frame Diorama

This Picture Frame diorama trend keeps on truckin’ and we love each new piece, especially the OSL from the Dwarf’s torch reflecting in the Beholder’s eyes.

iPaintSmallThings’ Republic Commando Marine

Man, Republic Commando was a great game, you owe it to yourself to give it a shot. This conversion is a great tribute to the game’s POV Clone, Boss.

Tim Howard’s Techno Barbarian Grav-Surfer

Sometimes the best conversions are the simplest. Take a Warcry Weirdo, stick them on a Grav Cutter, add skulls and bam, one cool as hell Techno Barbarian.

Wolfdawg’s Apocalypse Company vs Legion of the Damned Fanart
@WolfdawgArt via Twitter

Apocalypse Company are one of those minor example colour schemes that seem to have been made on a bet to make nerds suffer. But this fanart makes a good case for such a rad scheme, with the neon green flames leaping from the armour and the excellently placed splashes of red.
