Content We Liked: September 18, 2022

Although it’s a big internet out there, the Tabletop digital universe is pretty small and spread out. In Content We Liked, we take a look at the articles, videos, podcasts, and products that caught our eyes or were noteworthy during the prior week you might have missed.

On the Internet at Large

Kyoupiruchi’s Scinari Cathallar

From the moment this particular Lumineth model was released we knew it was gonna be the perfect canvas for some excellent work. Painting sheer fabric is no easy trick and it’s been executed excellently here, with some wonderfully vibrant pinks and blues for a lovely bit of contrast.

Tommy’s Sororitas Novitiates

On the other side of the grimdark scale, we have these wonderfully restrained Novitiates with some stylishly executed NNM. We also particularly love the use of Stormcast helmets for that death mask look.

Surface-Tension’s Ork Nob

It’s always cool to see the distinct textures and style that oil paints can give a model, the natural grimy tones on this Ork being a standout example. Particular love for the green tones for Ork skin, a welcome twist against the typical saturated tones used.

Louise Sugden’s Sassy Nurgling

Lou’s becoming far too powerful a poster, no one Warham should have all that power.
