Hell yeah. This trailer dropped today and while normally we don’t just post trailers it’s my website and I don’t care. This looks dope as hell.
Sure, this doesn’t quite match the energy of the original intro cutscene for Dawn of War, but it’s still pretty badass. The original Dawn of War – and to a lesser extent its sequel – are some of my favorite strategy games of all time. This new game looks like it’s got more in common with the first game than the second, which is a massive improvement that I am here for, along with adorable tiny dreadnoughts walking around and grabbing their enemies.
If you missed it, we’ve reviewed the prior games in the series, and may be doing a review of the remaster soon – stay tuned for that.

We’ll also be covering this game when it drops, and probably playing a ton of it. It’s definitely more my speed than Space Marine 2, though we played a bunch of that as well – poorly – on stream when it released.
