This weekend saw the final Goonhammer Open for 2025, held in the UK with over 125 people taking part.
Thank Yous
Before we get to the results, this event would not be possible if it were not for the assistance and support of many different people.
- Bandua Wargaming, our primary terrain partner whose wide variety of terrain for each system (reviews for 40K / Kill Team / Zone Mortalis) sets the battlefield for our games to take place.
- Element Games for providing a plethora of vouchers for broad prize pool.
- Army Painter for providing a bounty of paint sets for our hobby awards.
- Artis Opus for their incredibly powerful gregbot powered brushes and lush Goonhammer dice trays.
- Alex and all the staff at Lvl1 and the De Montfort Student Union for making the event as smooth as possible.
- Thanks to the Death Korps of Queens Road and Leicester Phat Cats for their continuing support of our events, turning out in force to represent the Leicester hobby community – we are glad to have them at our events.
- Most importantly all of our volunteers and staff who helped setup and pack up – an under-appreciated but absolutely vital component of any event.
- Particular thanks go out to Mike for their assistance with transport and photography; James for running 40K; and Max and Zach for running Horus Heresy.
